Merrill DataSite

Our company is in the housing and building industry and this area was the first to suffer the effects of a plunging economy.  In 2009, we started laying employees off.  It was sad to see long time friends and colleagues pack their belongings and leave the place which they considered their second homes and second families for many years. Those of us who survived the layoffs braced ourselves and hoped to retain our jobs until the business returned again.

Faith and strong determination to save what was left of the company forced executive management to start marketing our products in the field. One of the leaders took a chance and started researching for work overseas. His marketing skills paid off, he closed a deal on several projects in China, Vietnam, and Dubai.  Because of the language differences the company hired translation services for contracts and legal aspects of doing business overseas.   The company created many jobs and ended up bringing back a couple of the staff who were previously laid off.  Accurate language services attributed to the success of the business in terms of communication.

If you are looking for a localization and translation company, invest in a company that is a leading provider of life sciences, legal, financial, manufacturing and corporate language solutions for global companies. Merrill Brink International is a proven leader in the industry with over 30 years of experience.

Today, our business is doing a lot better and the economy appears to be on the rebound too.  Hopefully this trend continues domestically.  Our foreign operations are running very well and the use of excellent translation services is priceless.
