Selling or buying a house is stressful enough, so to lessen the stress make sure you find the right realtor who can get the job done right. With a tough economy like this, we all want a fair price for the property we wanted to buy or sell.
For me, referrals is the best way to find a good realtor. Consider asking friends, neighbors, co-workers and family members if they know or have worked with a realtor who can be trusted and someone who has a good track record and years of experience with the real estate business.
Here are a couple of good questions you may want to ask your prospective realtor - How long have you been in the real estate business ? On the average, how many days did it take you to sell a property ? What are the options if the property is not selling? The realtor’s answers are good indicators of his experience with the real estate business.
Are you looking or selling a property in the New Jersey area ?
Please give Bruce Germinsky, Broker-Owner of BG Realty, a call to discuss your real estate needs. BG Realty Services is a full line real estate brokerage firm representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in the commercial and residential real estate markets of New Jersey. They also handle commercial, retail and high-end residential real estate in Monmouth County.

The Salitype on Local Search Engine
As Salitype turns four years old in July, I wanted to reflect on our group’s simple journey from where we started to where we are now. We all met in a website called “Friendster”. The site allowed us to post short blogs and connect with people who have similar interests. We all met online, got to know each other and became friends in a short period of time. Everybody agreed when some members of the group suggested to bring our blogging to a whole new level. The purpose is to create a shared blog, start earning an income, and make it our group project to donate the income to a charitable institution.
A fun page was born and it was our baby – we call it
The Salitype Society !
The website officially launched in July 2008, members who have technical expertise put a lot of time and effort creating introduction, designing the page, and the rest of us started putting together blogs regarding: travel, cooking articles and recipes, fashion tips ideas, poems, and inspirational stories.

As we completed the process we faced more challenges than what we initially anticipated. We learned that to get offers for paid blogs we had to increase our page ranking. We researched ways to make our articles and website more visible on major search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. Our website from time to time gets offers to review products, restaurants and places. These are all earning potentials for our site and a chance to get a higher page ranking. We also have Facebook and Twitter accounts and we used those social media platforms to market our website. Most of our page visitors are from these social media places.
We learned a lot of new things like Web hosting, Local search engine optimization, and Search engine maximization. This is where RevLocal comes in, they find small and medium sized businesses who need help with local search engine marketing with focus on their Google place page. New business owners may not be fully aware that things online are changing fast and may not know strategy on how to handle these issues should hire a professional who have been in business for many years and a company who has a proven track record, relationships, tools and effective process.
Are you a small or medium-size business and want to connect with a broader audience? Give Revlocal a try and see for yourself the benefits of getting a high rank in the search engines would do to your business !
A year ago, Salitype supported one scholar from our savings and today we added one more. We are proud of this accomplishment. Way to go Salitypers! May God bless us all as we move forward.
We thank everyone for your support!

Canon Batteries
Two things I learned since I started blogging, 1) To appreciate the beauty of things around me. I am always on the look out for things that could possibly be an article or a photo to blog about. 2) I never leave the house without my camera and my cell phone. As a matter of habit I carry an extra Canon camera batteries so I never worry if I get in the mood to take lots of pictures or spend hours outside photo shooting. I have learned to take pictures using my HTC cell phone camera while I am stuck in California traffic jams. When I find interesting photo objects while stuck in traffic it actually makes my 2 MPH driving time less boring.
On my birthday, my husband asked me what I wanted as a gift and I told him I want a bigger lens for my camera. I also requested more canon battery chargers. These gifts will really help me take my photography hobby to the next level.
I took these photos while I was stuck in traffic using my cell phone. The beauty of the sky and the clouds always fascinates me.

The Beauty behind Imperfections
I take a closer look at the backyard of my life to find what I am eagerly searching. I look around with new eyes and a more receptive attitude. I appreciate the situations and conditions in my life that I may have dismissed because I failed to see the good that they hold for me.
I may not look perfect, but I am created just like any other, and so I will use my talents and abilities and ponder the possibilities the very reason of my existence… to serve and answer my calling …

Along that Long and Winding Road...

He smiled...She smiled back...
He waved goodbye...
She smiled and tried not to look back...
Will it be forever she asked?
Will they see each other again?
Will they be strangers?
WIll they be wonderful friends?
Again she looked back...
He waved back...this time with a lonesome smile...
He waved back this time with questioning eyes...
She tried to smile...
She tried to raise her hand to wave goodbye...
Unfortunately she just can't...
If love is for both of them then someday they'll find their way back to each other's arms...
But if otherwise...then somehow in that long winding road...when their paths will cross again...
They will be able to look at each other...smile sweetly...and finally wave back...
and this time...maybe...just maybe...with thankful eyes...they'd be able to utter the words that both of them longed to hear...
In that long winding road they'd be able to wave back and finally move on and give their final goodbyes...

On Our Side of Town...

The sun brightly shines...
I said hello...
Mr. Sunshine would embrace me back and say hi...

It's a lovely day...
Jackets are nowhere to be found...

I opened the windows...
The happy feeling of embracing a brand new day made me smile even more...
Aghast! Thank you for the wonderful sunshine...
Now let those frown marks disappear...

It's a brand new day...
New Life...
and yes New Sunshine...
Thank you Lord for you gave me a wonderful sunshine on our side of town...

A New Story...

Another chapter is about to end...
Another door is about to close...
This time I'll be more than brave enough to face another adventure...
This time I'll be more than willing to hold on to my pen and excitedly scribble the first few words of another amazing story...
I have to admit though that somehow there are questions that until now leaves me uncertain...
But another door is about to open...
Another song is about to be written...
Sigh! I'll miss the whirlwind adventures...
I'll miss the warm hugs...the once in a blue moon butterfly kisses...
I'll miss the old tune...
I'll miss the familiar rhythm..
I'll miss the wonderful people who made me feel that somehow there's more to that tiny window...
The door is widely open...
But there's this feeling...yes there's this feeling that will surely lead me back to where it all started...
Sigh! Goodbye's not forever...
Goodbye isn't the right word actually...
But to the amazing people who watched me grow...who made me believe that I can be who I want to be..."TILL WE ALL MEET AGAIN"
As I move on to the next chapter of my life...
I do hope that you'll all be with me as I try to open the next big door...
It may be crazily scary...It might be more than topsy-turvy...
But with all of you...I just know...yes...I just know that somehow things will happen just the way they should be...
I'm honestly scared...but I know...I'm buckling up and almost ready for the next adventure...
The ride may be bumpy...but sure enough...it will be a new story...

Kids just wanna have fun !
I was home alone one afternoon and in one of those "reminiscing the old days" mood. I can't help but miss my kids when they were still little and they love to hang out with us at home, play and have fun. They are all grown up now and busy with school, friends and a lot of things. I barely see them during the week which makes me really sad.
I am so glad I have all these memories saved. Every now and then, I look at these photos, smile and laugh at some of the funny shots I took.
Oh kids .. where did the time go ?
The laughters and the giggling were music to my ears.
Who drinks coffee on the pool ??
Cottonball trying to figure out how he can take a dip on the pool.
After playing in the pool, they decided to show off their basketball skills. Logan is 6'4" tall and is a basketball star in his school.
My daughter will not let this opportunity go to show off her basketball skills.
I didn't have a lot of pictures when I was growing up, so I make sure to take lots of pictures of my kids. I hope that someday when the kids are older they will enjoy these photos I neatly organized and saved for them.
I am a certified tax preparer and I wish I found this website fastforwardacademy.com when I took my certified tax preparer license exams. There is a new IRS rules that require all paid preparers to have Preparer Tax ID number to prepare tax returns for compensation. In addition, the IRS requires a competency exam for all paid tax return preparers who are not attorneys, CPA or enrolled agents. The new IRS tax preparer exam will cover the 1040 series of tax returns and information from the small business schedules. To prepare tax returns you must pass the exam and to pass you need Fast Forward Academy. I need to check the special enrollment examination to see what I need to do to be an enrolled agent.
An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before any office of the Internal Revenue Service. An enrolled agent (EA) does not need a college degree; rather they must demonstrate special competence in tax matters by passing all three parts of the IRS Special Enrollment Examination.

friendship

" friendship is never an obligation. walk an extra mile for a friend out of love and not because of the expectation of reciprocal gesture. give without remembering and receive never forgetting. it grows not in years but in essence. sometimes, it ends for no reason but simply run its course." - Eng

So Happy and So In Love
Above Torrey Pines Cliffs
Can you hear my heart sing? "so....oh....so in love....." I am! So happy and so in love! In love in so many ways....so in love with God, with hubby, with life, and our beautiful world.
Torrey Pines Cliffs and Mist
There are just so many reasons to be happy, to be thankful for God's wonderful blessings. There is that priceless gift of friendship to be celebrated. There is that priceless gift of family, of love, of nature's wonders, and so much more....
I see happiness in these wildflowers. They are very symbolic to me of how life can still be happy and beautiful despite we may not be the richest man on Earth. Though living in sandy soil with poor nutrients and often whipped by the strong ocean breeze and exposed to the heat of the sun, still they can thrive and bring in beautiful blossoms.

Slowly they Come, CA Sea Lavender
Sea Dahlia is slowly blooming too
Even in the harshness of this landscape, I see a wonderful gift. That there is no challenge, there is no trial, there is no difficulty that does not bring in beauty. "All things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose."- Romans 8:28. Everything happens for a good reason.
Eroded Badland Cliffs, Torrey Pines State Reserve
This badland right next to the sea is one of the symbolic carvings on Earth that I see how overcoming the harshest tests in time brings in a deeper beauty and admirable strength.
This is my world, I may see this every week, but each week, each day is different. Each walks gives me a lesson. On top of these cliffs, most of the times I see dolphins put on a show, sometimes I don't.
Like these parading dolphins showed me there is so much joy in togetherness. They created one dark blue line as they paraded in the sea. When the leader decides to turn around, everybody turns around. Dolphins live the example of "strength in numbers."

Dolphin Superbowl Parade ( yesterday during Superbowl day)
The sea is harsh for dolphins to live. It is so unpredictable and full of dangers. Together, these dolphins unite! If a predator such as shark swims by looking for a nice meal, dolphins would swim around in circles to warn the shark to stay away! Dolphins are quick to respond when one of them is ill. And dolphins are very friendly creatures.
Sometimes, the dolphins don't come parading, they play with the surf!
Surfing Dolphins
I am as Happy as these Dolphins ( can you see the dolphin smile?)
Perhaps
on seeing the smile of these dolphins, you would see why I am crazy
riding the waves, crazy being one with the waves. If not for the cold
water, I would probably be in the water from sunrise to sundown.
Paddle Boarder and Dolphin Surfing
A Long Encounter with the Dolphin
(
I watched this paddle boarder and dolphins, the dolphins kept on
circling him around for 15 minutes, until the paddle boarder was carried
away by the waves to the shore)
Dolphins Peeking to Give This Happy Lady A Smile
Aside from dolphins, the ocean just bring in numerous shows. With the
pounding of the waves, the pelicans and other sea birds would also put
on their show, diving into the sea.
Pelican Superbowl Parade ( yesterday during Superbowl day)
While Madonna was performing at half-time ( she gave a wonderful performance, at her age, she still can dance and sing so well, very inspiring), my heart continues to be pumping for joy! Joy that never leaves me, despite I am no longer facing the sea! Because the joy from our natural world brings in a lasting goodness that continues to lift my spirits high.
Looking Out At the Sea
Yes, there are so many things to be thankful for, life has been very
good. I am not saying it is without challenge, for there will always be,
this challenges is what shape and carve our character, would our world
be as beautiful if it is devoid of harsh conditions? God's power and
love can not be measured, but we all do see it! We all do feel it! Let
us continue to seek God's simple surprises and beautiful gifts around,
something that has no price tag, we just need to open our eyes, our
heart and our ears to His wonders!Whenever I stand on top of this bluff, looking out at the sea, my hearts sings for joy, "so happy.....so in love...." So in love with God's gifts to us. May the gift of love and the happiness it brings grow in your heart each day. Together, let us all sing...."so happy....so oh oh oh in love...."

A time for everything....

To everything there is a season,
a time for every purpose under the sun.
A time to be born and a time to die;
a time to plant and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
a time to kill and a time to heal ...
a time to weep and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn and a time to dance ...
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing;
a time to lose and a time to seek;
a time to rend and a time to sew;
a time to keep silent and a time to speak;
a time to love and a time to hate;
a time for war and a time for peace.
ecclesiastes 3:1-8
