The fun of Teaching Healthy Eating


     Meet my eating little partner! He just loves trying out new dishes! Every visit to a restaurant is an adventure with him! He would claim each time that the dish he just tried is his all time favorite. ..oh and each dish remains to be so...well until his next taste of another dish!




     He loved this Chinese noodle soup the first time he took a sip and I am glad he enjoys it because it is a complete meal in itself. The noodles provide carbohydrates for energy, the vegetables give fiber and vitamins and the pork, liver and egg are rich in protein for body building and repair.



And oh he smiled with delight eating cool mango puree in milk!

Indeed each meal is a great bonding time with our kids where we could teach them what are best to eat for a healthy body and mind!

  2. yummy. nagutom ako bigla. I have not tried that mango puree in milk before. Maybe I should make one. Are those tiny sago?
