Here where it all Began

Today is one of those days when I am blessed to have the time to breathe away from all the stress of work. I could choose to just lay down and spend the gift of twenty-four hours just sleeping yet there is a calling in my heart to spend several minutes to share my thoughts and help dreams come true. When I started blogging, it was all just about ME. I started writing my thoughts on-line to help ease my burdens and simply loved reading my words saved on a page in the worldwide web. It did not matter whether anyone actually read them or left a comment. And then it happened....I found friends from all over the world with the same passion for expressing thoughts. We laughed, we smiled, we cried and captured memories non-stop. The Salitype Society welcomed me with open arms and it became my home away from home. Our friendship is unlike any other and I will always be proud to be a "salityper". We write and click for a cause and no matter where I am, and no matter how busy I am I always find myself running back to where it all started. All the blogging happiness, the merry-making stuff of blogosphere mean nothing to me without our home...TSS...here I find purpose in life; here I feel I am giving a part of me, my time not for my own dreams but for kids' dreams. The world is too huge to save, but saving one dream at a time will truly make a difference....so why can I never turn my back at blogging? IT IS BECAUSE, I WANT TO KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE all because I LOVE DOING SO....

  1. thanks for the inspiration Zen, thanks for your force to keep us stay here and keep on living the dreams and keep on enjoying the wonderful gifts of friendship. I remember when I kind of tell I am quitting it here, it was you who inspired me to stay, and I am so glad I did. Like you, this is a place where I reminisce of those beautiful times where friendship was so shared so beautifully and so meaningfully.

  2. I have a wonderful mission. I spoke to a customer today who is a missionary in the Philippines. He came home to Michigan for surgery and is recovering but cannot wait to get back to the Philippines and loves his "mission". We need an inner drive to feel alive.
