I stepped on the scale one morning and found out I gained 5 lbs in two months. The last couple of months were stressful and I indulged into over eating and occasional drinking with friends.
It was a perfect timing when I found out our Crossroads church family started a series called Wii Fit. The leaders put together several programs on living and staying healthy (ballroom dancing, running, biking and hiking community, yoga, BBX workout and a lot more. In addition to signing up in one of the activities, I also made a 90-day commitment to exercise regularly, eat healthy and lose weight.
