Baked Tilapia and Steamed Vegetables




Baked Parmesan Tilapia, Steamed potatoes, carrots and spinach




This is my after work form of relaxation - cooking 30 minute meals!  This is tilapia fillet, rolled in parmesan cheese, seasoned with pepper and baked at 350 deg for 30 minutes. While the fish is in the oven, I steamed potatoes, carrots and spinach.

When hubby gets home around 6pm, dinner is ready and kitchen has already been cleaned. 


Simple delicious meal... Bon appetit!
