A time for everything....


To everything there is a season,
a time for every purpose under the sun.
A time to be born and a time to die;
a time to plant and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
a time to kill and a time to heal ...
a time to weep and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn and a time to dance ...
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing;
a time to lose and a time to seek;
a time to rend and a time to sew;
a time to keep silent and a time to speak;
a time to love and a time to hate;
a time for war and a time for peace.

  5. A time for everything....... One of my favorite bible passages, of God showing us through Ecclesiastes of how to listen to ourselves, for in the deepest of our hearts is Him and everything He does is for a good purpose. I always take console in this that there is nothing wrong with crying.....with mourning....for in everything there is a time and reason. Thanks so much, Eng, for sharing this very meaningful piece and you chose a very meaningful picture that speaks so deeply.

  6. beautiful series of Bible verses, eng! one of my favorite also. and your flower picture goes perfectly with them. only passage i wish King Solomon had added to this "time for everything" verses is: A time to fast (as in, go on a diet), and a time to EAT!":) I am such a foodie, that's why i wish he had added that line:) but back to your post, eng- i totally love it!
