the book....

through pages of life i have gone
volumes of memories,verses of pines
few chapters i’d say are better than some
those i finished, result of perseverance

lines in the sun, blissful, blessed ones
i play by day and dance on moonlight shine
i dreamt of dreams and sing my happy song
stardust on my hair and a rainbow in my soul

several episodes are blue as blue can be
yet those hours has made what i am me
in life i learned nothing remains the same
it is tough, but at the end its worth the bout

when i find myself on top of the world
i'd recall the passage which explains it all
it keeps my feet anchored on solid ground
weathered by adversity,bowed in humility

again, in this life i chance upon to tread
bespoke feelings of joy and sorrow poesy
stack of sheets in this book rather misunderstood
on my lips a smile and my eyes a knowing look..

  4. Everyone has a "favourite" book, and then one day, another book comes along and just blows the other one out of the water, and you have a problem, because now your favourite book isnt so good anymore. Which book was THAT book for you?

  7. thanks for visiting this page...and for sharing with me what you thought of either my photo or poem, thank you!

@ kurdapya...there are very few who can read my poems like you can. there's no mystery on it that you cannot unravel...impressive, simply impressive, but then again, great mind thinks alike (nakikisabit lang po ako sa great mind mo, girl!)

  8. Gurl, on the technical side, I love how you edit your photos! They come out more dramatic the moment you put your magic spell on it! The poem is also beautiful, girl! Btw, I love your authors -Dan Brown and Grisham are our absolute favorites (Doods and I).

I agree girl, we fill the pages of our life with adventure, drama, comedy.. but as we write the final chapters..only one question is left to be answered.. How much have we loved?

    "Life is an open book!"
