  2. eng, i truly hope you are recovering nicely from your surgery. please know that i am praying for you ... all your salitype sisters are praying for you. i'm touched that you left this exquisite flower photo for our site before you went under the knife. that's genuine dedication to TSS right there. may God bless you more for being that way.

now about this flower- naturally, it brought a smile to my face! it is yellow, and yellow things tend to have that effect on me .. specially yellow flowers:) i'm intrigued at how that middle part of the flower (i have forgotten the scientific name for it; i suppose it's a sign i am getting old coz i used to remember such things with ease, but not anymore ...) resembles a pine cone! at least, to me it does. or if i let my imagination run wild, it could also bring to mind a miniature pile of green lemons .. i've seen them stacked this way in outdoor markets. or it could also be a christmas tree before all the ornaments and what-nots are thrown on:) anyway, that green part of this flower is beautiful. the whole flower is beautiful. thank you, eng, for capturing this image for us. get well soon, gurl!

  4. Engtot, I love how you put the details about this shot. Truth is, I love taking photos, but have not been paying attention to the technical side of it. This is very good for comparing present and previous works.

Hope you are comfortably recuperating, dear friend. You have been greatly missed. :) *hugs*
