C is for Cottonball

It is Blogging for Fun Challenge again ! Today's challenge is letter C. My chance to showcase my dog - his name is Cottonball !

It was January 2008, I was online and chanced upon pictures of puppies for sale. I am not a fan of dogs or anything that has hair or feathers. I never had a dog growing up. The moment I saw his pictures, I fell in love with him. We drove 45 miles and picked him up. It was love at first sight - my first real puppy love !

These are his first few pictures after we brought him home. I gave him a quick bath ready for his photo shooting.

He gives me that look when he doesn't understand me.

He knows how to swim and he loves it.

He watches television and jumps to his feet when he sees animals on the screen.

He chewed our dining chair and look at his face looking guilty about what he did.

He has online friend too.

Yes, I tucked him in bed every night.

It's me and him every chance I get.

He is so much fun to be around - he kept our house alive and yep a little messy !

  25. awwww, chay, cottonball is too adorable!! wish i could give him a hug!!:) he definitely looked like a bouncing cotton ball when you got him last year, hehe. no wonder you fell in love with him instantly .. i would have, too! he's almost as cute as teyla, hhehehe:) two questions: who's the big, black dog in one of the pix? and how in the world did you get cottonball to pose in the middle of all your portraits? i mean, most dogs would move around and knock all the pictures down, but cottonball looked like he was standing still as a statue!! AMAZING!! you are soooo blessed to have a beautiful dog, chay!! i'm so happy for you. please give cottonball a hug for me:) thank you for sharing all these smile-inducing pictures. i am sitting here snacking on sunflower seeds and looking at cottonball's pix with a huge smile on my face. thank you, chay!

  27. Hey MJ. The black dog is Jeff's dog, her name is Sadie. We adopted her before we got Cottonball. Sad but I had to give her away to another family. I hurt my shoulder pretty bad from pulling her during one of our running time - she is too big and too strong for me.

On those pictures where he stood still - the table was pretty high, so I guess he was scared to fall hhahahaha

    Thanks again guys !
