Okoy (Deep Fried Bean Sprout)

Ingredients:

Bean Sprout (1 small pack)
Shrimps (1/2 lb)
Garlic ( 4 pcs. chopped in small pieces)
Onion (chopped in small pieces)
Flour (half cup)
2 Eggs (beaten)
Green onion leaves
Salt
Pepper


Mix all the ingredients together.
Deep fry.
Serve hot.

  5. uuhh my gulay anong nangyayari dito? okoy pwede palang toge? yan ba ang sikreto ng mga labing labing na halikan dito?

    nananawagan po ako sa mga santos sa mundo...

    lahat nagayuma ng okoy ang mga asawa pinilit kodakan ng kamera! irescue nyo po maawa na kayo wag po! wag po!

    hapi berdey po sa karinyosa at mader lilya.

    pakiinin nyo na daw ng okoy at nang maikodak na ang mga kisses na yan.

    pati tuloy website ko nawindang na nilagay ko revert bat biglang umitim ang mundo ni aning? kelangan nang ikula.

    waah! wala pa akong tulog nasira ko tuloy ang site na ginawa ni hubby. yan kc dumiretso sa computer.

    at dahil gumamit ako ng mahiwagang aning sinabihan tuloy ako ng adsense na impostora hahaha! may ad ala namang sense!

  8. @ Icy and Jo, hopefully you will enjoy okoy too as much as we do :)

    @ Choy, lalong sumasaya talaga pag nandito ka,haaay, excited akong lumipat sa site mo kung ano ang nangyari sa ginawa mo :) hahahaha!

    yep, maraming version nang okoy kasi, sa ilonggo, we are using thinly slice cassava (or grated cassava), i terribly miss this kind of okoy too. tara na, ka-in na tayo.

  10. "okoy" is one of my favorite foods, I would always ask my mom when I was young to make lots of this for my birthday since I would feast on this one!! Okoy, ginatan and fresh lumpia are what makes my birthday :)

  11. my mouth is watering, chay, looking at this okoy pix and recipe! thanks for sharing. now if only i could find some bean sprouts around here, i would make this, too! have to travel about an hour, to the nearest oriental store, to buy fresh bean sprouts, but believe me, the next time we are there, i will definitely get some so i can make this!
